Tottenham Hotspur have finalised the signing of Xavi Simons from RB Leipzig in a deal worth €60 million.

The 21-year-old Dutch international has agreed a long-term contract with Spurs running until June 2030, with an option to extend for a further two years until 2032. The move was sealed overnight after the two clubs reached a full agreement on the fee, and all documents have now been signed by both parties.

Simons has already completed the main part of his medical, paving the way for the official announcement later today.

The attacking midfielder has been one of Europe’s most highly rated young players in recent seasons, impressing with his creativity, technical skill and eye for goal. After standout spells with PSV Eindhoven and Leipzig, his move to North London represents another major step in his career.

For Spurs, the signing adds significant quality and depth in attack as Ange Postecoglou continues to shape a squad capable of challenging in both the Premier League and Europe.
